“Peach Glow” is such a beautiful name. I love this
name so much that I wish I could change my blog’s name to this. I love peach
lipsticks, peach blushes and even peach eyeshadows. Peach lipstick actually
makes me look glowing. I just find it such an elegant and stunning shade. My
sis purchased this shade for herself and as usual, she frowned upon when I told
requested her to not use this lipstick until tomorrow because untouched
lipstick bullets are a joy to capture.

My
experience:
The colorbar
crème touch lipsticks come housed in a silver packaging with this purple band. The
packaging is neat and simple. I just wish these lipsticks too had coloured ends
like their velvet matte range (Review HERE), which makes them easy to identify
among heaps of lipstick.
When I applied this lipstick, it just felt so creamy
but without any feeling of heaviness. The texture is actually light and very
creamy but without any pasty feel to it. The texture is not thick. The formula
is very hydrating. The lips feel soft and supple as long as this stays on. It
has stayed onto me for more than 4 hours. Also since the texture is light, it
does not stick to any dryness on the lips. With time, it does not settle into lines and
does not even emphasize them. The finish has quite a sheen, because of the
texture being so creamy and which is why, I don’t wear this lipstick much.
“Peach glow” is a bright orange shade, as you can see. It’s brighter than how
it appears in the pictures.
I can’t carry
bright lip shades with sheen or glossiness to them. I actually prefer matte
finish or just a little sheen in bright shades. There’s quite maintenance with
glossy bright shades, which I’m not into. The shade is undoubtedly gorgeous.
So, if you are into bright creamy lip shades, you may love it. This is a newly
introduced shade and I saw some 3-4 more new shades in this range. So, you may
want to check them out.

Except for the Colorbar stores in big malls, I find most of their shades as
well as product out of stock almost everytime!
