I have my finals in the whole December and one of my
resolutions for the next year is going to be able to do a lot of tutorials. I’m doing the inauguration
with this tutorial in this year only, with my favourite bright lipstick ^__^
1.
Start by exfoliating lips. Exfoliation
means removing the dry and dead skin from the lips. After exfoliating lips, the
lips become really soft. For exfoliating lips, I use a wet baby tooth brush
(because the bristles are really soft) and gently rotate it in circular
directions on lips for some 30 seconds.
2.
After that, I apply a transparent lip
balm and let it sit on for around 5 minutes.
3.
After this, I blot the lip balm using a
toothbrush for a pigmented lipstick application.
4.
Using a good lip liner brush is very
important to define the lip shape. I first start by lining my upper lips at the
centre. I usually go above my lip line a little above here. Then, I line my
lower lips, going just a little beneath my lip line to make the upper and lower
lips balanced. After this, line the lips at the corner in such a way that the
darkness around the lips is covered too. This is the trickiest part along with
now joining the lines from the upper lip to the corners. One has to draw a
straight line here. And, the line has to be same for both the sides from the
centre of the lips. I still struggle at it, at times.
5.
After lining the lips fully, simply fill
in the lipstick now.
6.
If there are some corrections to be made
now, like for example, sometimes a little lipstick goes out of the lip line, I first
use a damp cotton bud to remove that and then, I use a concealer or foundation.
Done! Hope You Found This Helpful :)
Now,
I feel like going out and buying a lipstick.. A Creamy Peach Shade, with a
lovely packaging, shade could be exactly like Inglot Freedom System Lipstick No.23.. But I remember,
I have already spent the money my mom gave me for buying the exam notes..Sigh!
