Now, why Maybelline company had to give such a weird
name to such a beautiful shade from their tattoo eye shadow range. I am sure
they would have been watching “Pheobe” (F.R.I.E.N.D.S) while they were giving
name to this. I wished they would have watched “Rachel” (F.R.I.E.N.D.S) at that
time because then the name would have been quite normal and understandable
like> “Beautiful bronze”, “Beauty to the bronze”. What say?
*No offence to F.R.I.E.N.D.S lovers (which btw includes
me too). I love both of them dearly.*
Anyways, I had a really average experience with
their previous two tattoo eye shadows and
I had decided not to buy any shade
from this range. But this shade is such a beauty and finally, I gave in. I got
it and here’s what I have to say about it:-
-
“Bad to the bronze” is a very soft
bronze shade with barely there shimmers and slight touch of gold.
-
The formula is creamy and glides easily
onto the lids.
-
The pigmentation is really good.
-
It doesn’t dries too quick, so blending
is quite easy compared to the other ones I have.
-
I have oily lids and I wore it without a
primer. Even after 5 hours, there was really minute creasing.
-
It’s waterproof.
-
It serves as a great base for other
shimmery eye shadows.
-
The price and quantity both are decent.
-
It emphasizes fine lines.
I like using these tattoo eye shadows with my
fingers, the most. I hardly wear eye shadows, but this one is something I love
wearing a lot.
