I brought Dove energy body wash quite a few days back
and have been using this since then.
Dove Go Fresh Grapefruit and Citroengrass Body Wash
is a big bottle with flip flop cap. The cap is tight and therefore, I don’t see
any chance of leakages.
The fragrance is quite refreshing, citrusy, if I
must say. Though I can easily detect some bitter notes in the fragrance. Talking of my preference, the bitter notes in
the fragrance is what makes me not like it so much. The fragrance is fine. It also has little beads that provide a little
more than gentle exfoliation. It’s good for me since I use epilator and
scrubbing is a must for good results.
Talking of hydration, I’m having dry skin these days
and this doesn’t moisturize my dry skin at all. I have to follow up with a body
lotion. The fragrance lingers only for some time, which is quite fine by me. I
anyway have to use perfume and deodorant.
Summary:
This body wash has a refreshing fragrance with some
bitter notes and has little beads for exfoliation. It’s bad in hydration
department. With the given quantity, it’s going to last for a long time.
