I was studying for my exam when I got bored in
between and thought of posting some very easy eye makeup in those 30 minutes.
Hope you find it useful. Since I run out of time these days in my exams, I
would explain you in brief but complete. If you still have any problems, please
ask me :)
Make sure to apply concealer and eye base before the
other steps.
1. Soft Smokey Eyes Using Eyeliner
I drew a thin line of black eyeliner on my lids but
not extending it till the last since I like the illusion of open eyes. After
that, I took a Q-tip (Cotton bud) and started to smudge it.
How to smudge it? Start moving it gently on the
eyeliner towards outside and when you are reaching at the outer corners, start
to move it inside so that the line doesn’t extends outside. And, Tada! You are
done. You can see some harsh lines in my third picture because my gel eye liner
dried a little along with me taking pictures. You can apply kajal and mascara
after it and you are done.
1. Intense
smokey eyes using eyeliner
I applied a lot of eyeliner randomly on my eyelids
making sure it doesn’t goes above the crease. Start smudging it and after it’s
smudged all over the lid, start to move it upwards towards the crease so that a
smokey effect is created.
1. Smokey
eye with twist
I know there’s no twist but for the lack of the
heading in the little time, I named it that :P
In the space left in the inner corner, you can apply
any color eyeshadow and then blend it with the existing shade.
1. Smokey
eyes using one color
In the second look too, only one color is used. The
difference here is that I have extended this smokey eye to the inner corner of
my eyes and towards outside too. This should only be adopted by bigger eyes and
not by smaller eyes since it gives the illusion of the eyes being smaller.
Also, I have used glitter shade here.
Some Tips:
-
Be really quick in blending if using gel eyeliner.
-
Fill in the inner corner either with a
nude shade or a highlighter.
-
Apply kajal if you want and apply
mascara to complete the look.
-
To intensify the look, you can always
tightline your eyes.
-
Be gentle while smudging.
